And he invited manager lin, a client, who was there counseling C-TPAT by chance.

"Question1: steady progress or rapid expansion ?"

Answer: There is no standard to distinguish which is right or wrong. The point is how we highlight the advantages and how to it the best we can.

Sometimes it’s wise to say “no” if you are incapable with it. The more business you take over, doesn’t mean that you can earn more money.
There are three aspects we need to take into consideration while operating a company. they are: a suitable person, a good state of mind and appropriate performance. Let’s talk about the “person” later. Now we start with the mindset and performance topic.

Mindset:It’s the same as the motivity in our body. If we consider operating a company as a marathon, then chasing the opponents is our target. We need these targets to inspire our potential and morale in every period of our life. If you don’t have a target right now, then assume that you have one. This kind of pattern can keep us moving forward with strong will.

Performance:The essence of performance is mechanism. It’s said that heart goes where the money is. A perfect mechanism will motivate the employees to work voluntarily. For example, it’s called corporation when we share the profit rather than simple relationship of employ and employee.

Question 2: Where is the talents?

AnswerA stewardship behaves himself who sticks to his values and influence people around him. Dao means honesty. Suppliers will trust and support you if you are an honest person. They are willing to give you a hand when you are in trouble, and they also help to expand your financing scale. With the approbation of your clients, it’s easier to expand your business. And your honesty will exert a subtle influence on the staffs’ character. There’s nothing to worry about talents.

The greatest treasure is talent at C Stage. We can even call them the ace of our company. We get the remarkable achievements today just because we have values, enterprise, responsibility ,perseverance so many things in common. And we will have a brighter future.

Question3:what if the employer is mighty while the employee is weak?

AnswerWe never aim at cultivating a manager, but a boss. Subordinates should be trained to think and do things in a “boss way “. Once we pay attention to the subordinates’ advantages more than disadvantages , they will be encouraged to do things better. And when they reach the level of 6 or 7, just let them go. Don’t help the shoots to grow by pulling them forward for the freshmen walk slowly.

Questin 4:How to achieve the employees' goals?

Answerwhat do we operate at C Stage? The answers are trust and people. The trust among clients , suppliers and investors . We understand the needs of people, and we gain the trust of them. If the right person was allocated to the suitable position, his talent will be seen and the positive energy will be spreaded.

Always remember to think alone evn if you are occupied with daily work. Gather positive energy and genius ideas so your heart will be filled with joy. And we won't feel exhausted in the way we carve out.That's the essential difference between initiative and passivity.

After the meeting, manager Lin said with emotion"you are so lucky to have a boss like Larry, who believes in creating fortune by integrating marketing. Everyone at C Stage should treasure such a chance. Being successful is a matter of time though there's more to be improved. And i benefit a lot from today's meeting and people here are honest. C Stage follows the low of economic development and it's a moderate strategy. C Stage is really good at digging employees' potential which is worth learning.

"To forge iron, one must be strong" manager Lin advised. He also recommended two movies called 《The pursuit of happyness》and 《Apollo 13》to all administrators. The former one tells an inspirational story and the latter one is a vivid traning class about testing a manager 's communication, harmony and execution abilities when he faces emergency.
